About One Spoon

What Is ‘One Spoon At A Time.’

I believe that in 50 years time our children and grand children will look back and mark the development of the old internwebz with the kind of significance that we attribute to say the development of the internal combustion engine.

And the advent of The Internet, combined with the proliferation of high speed broadband access, means that just about anyone can start a rewarding internet based business that takes advantage of the unique distribution channels that are now available.

But most people wanting to start an internet based business are just overwhelmed.  And they need a website that will help them get that business up and running one step – or one spoon – at a time.

What Will Be On The OneSpoonAtATime Website?

If you spend any length of time either on the website itself, or as a subscriber to my newsletter, you’ll quickly come to realize I’m a great believer in Content Marketing.  So naturally you can expect lots of content.

That content won’t just be written.  There will be video content too.  Maybe audio content as well – though I’m more of a video fan, than an audio fan.  Whatever the media the content will contain strategy and tactics to help people get their internet business off the ground.

If there’s topics you’d like to see or hear, all you have to do is use the Contact Form and ask.

What Won’t Be On The OneSpoonAtATime Website?

Bullshit.

Hype.

Get-Rich Quick Schemes.

If you’re one of those people who believes you can get rich quick on the Internet, this site is not for you.  Good luck on your journey – please take these words of advice with you: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Why ‘One Spoon At A Time?’

Two reasons.  Building a successful internet based business is a daunting task – and there’s only one way to do it.  And that’s one spoon at a time.

And the name One Spoon At A Time was a misquote that stuck. I was tired one night and   made a list of possible names for this website for my Mastermind group to look at.  Instead of writing ‘One Bite At A Time’ (as in: How Do You Eat An Elephant?), I typed One Spoon At A Time.

The next morning when I logged on to the virtual home of my Mastermind group,  there was outstanding feedback on my ‘mistake.’  One Spoon At A Time was registered within the hour.
